I ate a chicken nugget meal at 7:00 on Friday night and started having stomach pain and nausea around 11:00. I've been sick with nausea, diarrhea, and vomiting for almost 24 hours now.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
