I woke up yesterday early AM with stomach pains, sweats, dizziness and diareah after eating Nachos Bel Grande, Pico and cheesy fiesta potatoes. I still feel weak and have stomach pain, gas and nausea tonight.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Gas, Dizziness, Sweating, Stomach Pain, Weakness

I went to mcdonalds ordered a frappuccino around 11pm, I went to bed around 1, and woke up at 3,or 4 with extreme abdominal pain. I then preceded to vomit and use the bathroom for upward of 5hrs  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
