Saturday, February 7th, 2026 Unsure I had the turkey bacon, pork bacon, scrambled eggs, chicken, breakfast mac & cheese, grapefruit, half of a glazed donut, and various juices. Portions were small, nothing tasted off when I ate it. 2 hours later, unbearable stomach pain, light diarrhea + vomiting.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain

Suspected source: Seafood
Onset: 1 to 2 days
Duration: Several days
Sick: 2 people
Additional information: I had diarrhea right after eating in the restaurant and had pain for 2 hours. Then felt sick again 1 day later  | Symptoms: Stomach Pain, Chills, Fatigue

Me and my family went to Shady Maple yesterday afternoon. One member in our family woke up with severe aches and pains, nausea, and diarrhea . Two of us also are experiencing stomach issues.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
