My fiancé had a chicken burrito and I had a steak burrito and a couple hours later we were both vomiting and had severe diarrhea followed by stomach cramping and a fever. It is now the next day and we are still very sick  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
