Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
Suspected source: chalupas and Mexican pizza. Been sick ever since with vomiting and diarrhea
Onset: Less than 4 hours
Duration: 12 to 24 hours

New spicy chicken sandwich. Breading looked too dark and was extremely soft I threw up after about 40 minutes and have had bad tasting burps, nausea, and liquid diarrhea every 20-25 minutes since then till now (literally now), It happened at 1pm,  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Burping
