I went for lunch having skipped breakfast.within a few hours I felt tired no biggie in the middle of the night the cramps and non stop diaria and vomit..that was 2 days ago..after severe dihidration do to loss of fluids, Just me  | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps

I will suggest anyone to stay away , first food poisoning and the last I will have . Never eat at this McDonald's again!!!!! PISSED. Stomach cramps began hours after I ate ... and continue for 24 hours along with dirrarhea. While working to support my infant, Thanks McDonald's you never fail ❤️  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea
