We fix the chicken bacon ranch last Saturday and this Saturday I just assumed that I had the stomach bug but after eating it again Saturday and getting extremely sick again I believe it is the food I had the same reaction both times nausea vomiting diarrhea stomach hurting and headache  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache, Stomach Pain
