The McHenry County Department of Health is investigating an outbreak of a gastrointestinal illness linked to D.C. Cobb’s located at 1204 N. Green Street, McHenry, IL. They have received complaints from 13 people who became ill after eating at the establishment. MCDH is continuing its investigation into the source and type of outbreak at this time.MCDH advises those who ate at the food establishment from Aug. 29 through Sept. 13 to complete a survey to assist MCDH in collecting data to help determine the cause of this illness.
