The Southwest District Health (SWDH) is investigating multiple reports of illness strongly linked to the Subway at 319 N 10th Ave in Caldwell, ID. The investigation started on March 19th and almost 25 people have been reported sick to date.

Ill people reported to the public health department having food or visited the location between the 16th and the 19th. SWDH is working to determine the exact cause of the illnesses and has confirmed 1 positive case of Norovirus.

If you ate at the Subway at 319 N 10th Ave in Caldwell, ID location recently and developed nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal cramps, or other food poisoning symptoms, report it now.
