Eu comi uma salada de frango com vegetais grelhados (encharcados de óleo), feijão preto, todos os molhos picantes e pico. Apenas alguns itens, certo?? Essa comida era tão salgada que eu não conseguia comer tudo! Isso fez com que minha pressão arterial subisse e demorou 2 dias para liberar o sal!!!
