J'ai mangé une salade de poulet avec des légumes grillés (trempés dans l'huile), des haricots noirs, toutes les sauces piquantes et du pico. Seuls quelques éléments, n'est-ce pas ? Cette nourriture était tellement salée que je ne pouvais pas tout manger ! Cela a fait monter ma tension artérielle et il a fallu 2 jours pour éliminer le sel ! ! !
