A rúcula no meu sanduíche desta manhã tinha um gosto bom, mas muito pastoso. Eu como a coisa toda e, 11 horas depois, tenho a pior diarréia que já tive na minha vida. Também estou com dores de estômago e sinto que vou vomitar, mas não tenho.

Around 9pm Friday June 25th we stopped at Panera Bread for a late dinner. The evidence of a busy day with the tables dirty, there wasn't enough tea in the urn to fill my cup. Next morning stomach cramps and diarreah, and the day spent in bed…
