La rúcula en mi sándwich de esta mañana sabía bien pero muy blanda. Me lo como todo y 11 horas después tengo la peor diarrea que he tenido en mi vida. También tengo dolores de estómago y siento que voy a vomitar, pero no lo he hecho.

Around 9pm Friday June 25th we stopped at Panera Bread for a late dinner. The evidence of a busy day with the tables dirty, there wasn't enough tea in the urn to fill my cup. Next morning stomach cramps and diarreah, and the day spent in bed…
