My wife and I Ate crunchy beef supreme tacos. They have the shell, ground beef with their sauce, lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, and sour cream. Time ordered was approximately 5pm, consumption by 5:30. Illnesses began about 3-4 hours later included: nausea, watery diarrhea and mild fevers.

I ordered a 5dollar craving box on November 28th 2017.i ate it around 11pm but didn't finish it full to quick.next morning I notice a very sharp pain in the lower stomach area.then I noticed I had to go take a number 2 at the same time.so…
