It was either the spicy chicken nuggets or the spicy chicken sandwich. Me and my gf both had the same thing and are experiencing similar symptoms.

Cheeseburger único e batatas fritas. O marido comeu sanduíche de frango e batatas fritas. Ele não ficou doente. Eu tenho experimentado sintomas por 2 dias agora. Cólicas estomacais graves/diarréia/sudores/calafrios

After a late class, that ended at 9pm, I decided to buy a spicy chicken combo from this Wendy's location. The food was cold, but I ate it anyways and crashed when I reached home. In the morning, I woke up with terrible diarrhea and vomiting . I can't even keep water down.
