It was either the spicy chicken nuggets or the spicy chicken sandwich. Me and my gf both had the same thing and are experiencing similar symptoms.

Single cheeseburger and fries. Husband ate chicken sandwich and fries. He did not get sick. I have been experiencing symptoms for 2 days now. Severe stomach cramps/diarrhea/sweating/chills

Cold Spicy Chicken Illness

After a late class, that ended at 9pm, I decided to buy a spicy chicken combo from this Wendy's location. The food was cold, but I ate it anyways and crashed when I reached home. In the morning, I woke up with terrible diarrhea and vomiting . I can't even keep water down.
