It was either the spicy chicken nuggets or the spicy chicken sandwich. Me and my gf both had the same thing and are experiencing similar symptoms.

Cheeseburger et frites. Le mari a mangé un sandwich au poulet et des frites Il n'est pas tombé malade. Je ressens des symptômes depuis 2 jours maintenant. Crampes d'estomac/diarrhée/sueurs/frissons sévères

After a late class, that ended at 9pm, I decided to buy a spicy chicken combo from this Wendy's location. The food was cold, but I ate it anyways and crashed when I reached home. In the morning, I woke up with terrible diarrhea and vomiting . I can't even keep water down.
