Ate at Lafayette Diner in Tenderloin, San Francisco on Friday, June 15, began to show symptoms next day Saturday, June 16, full blown food poisoning with vomiting, diarrhea and nausea by Sunday, June 17. Ate grilled cod with tartar sauce, mashed potato with gravy and canned corn. Should have known better the Diner looked old and dirty. | Sintomas: Diarreia, Febre, Náusea, Vomitando
