My nephew and I both got the Chalupa combos on Friday Dec 20th. Both with beef, his meat and cheese only and mine no sour cream. By morning at 8AM he was throwing up and had diarrhea. I was feeling bad by 11AM and started vomiting by 3PM and Diarrhea immediately followed. We both ran over 101 degree fevers. I was admitted to the hospital and released last night.
