Ate around 1330 hours on Friday April 1, 2016. Ordered a 6" chicken teriyaki with light mayo and lettuce.
It was the only thing I ate different that day from my fiancé, he did not get sick.

Ordered chicken sandwich along with a hi c fruit punch at 2pm. Got home around 6pm and immediately stared viomiting and had severe diarrhea. It lasted all of monday night all thru wednesday morning.
