Beijing Beef, firecracker chicken, and chow mein. Around 4 pm I shared with my girlfriend. Around 6 pm I began feeling nuasea. 630 diarrhea, vomiting and sweating. My boyfriend and I both ate at the west bend location, I got orange chicken and chow mein and he got the black pepper chicken and chow mein. We both got super sick from it. Symptoms listed above.
