I had a bowl with chow mein and mixed vegetables. I drank pink lemonade and ate the fortune cookie. 30 minutes later I was at work and I had abdominal pain followed by nausea shortly after. It has been a rough 7 hours so far.  | Symptômes: Nausée, Vomissements

My boyfriend and I both ate at the west bend location, I got orange chicken and chow mein and he got the black pepper chicken and chow mein. We both got super sick from it. Symptoms listed above. I never had an issue until now though. But I know we arent the only ones getting sick from their food.  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Fièvre, Vomissements
