2230 Saturday night, got 4 for 4 combo with crispy chicken sandwich. Included fries and nuggets. By 0330 Sunday morning was in severe abdominal pain and began vomiting and having diarrhea. Husband ate chilli cheese fries for dinner around 6:30, came home from his night shift early at 3am saying he had been vomiting and severe diarrhea and has been throwing up every 10 or so min since getting home.
