Today, July 9, 2023 at 9:33pm, I ordered two ice creams from this McDonald's: a McFlurry M&M's and a Sunday, both with chocolate. Once home, diarrhea occurs instantly, a little stomachache. Every 15 minutes I go to the bathroom.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain

I bought myself a citizen who already tasted muddy and then I felt nauseous had breaking irritation and was on the toilet for a total of 7 hours where I didn't come down now I still have stomach problems after 13 hours  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
