Double quarter pounder  Got double quarter pounder, it was a custom modification order. Four hours later I got massive stomach cramping and intense vomiting for 22 hours straight, could not sleep during this time due to discomfort. Food poisoning  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps
