Got a Havana Bold sub with Swiss cheese, mayo, mustard, garlic pickles and tomatoes. 2 Hours later and I have excruciating stomach pain down low and horrible diarrhea.

Went to a show and dinner last night. Ate mixed greens salad with grape tomatoes, red onion, eggs, carrots and black olives. Added balsamic vinegaette. Had prime rib almost well…
