我吃了烤箱烤巴萨鱼片、豌豆和卷心菜。其他家庭成员也有炸薯条。我们中有 3 人吃了卷心菜感觉很粗糙。我的胃很痛苦，另外 2 人必须在晚上起来才能清空肠子（tmi，对不起）。自昨晚以来我就感觉很可怕。

We assume the chicken we cooked last night We cooked a whole free range chicken and ate at 7.30pm. followed cooking instructions and all was cooked through before eating. Sickness only happened for one of us not both. Started feeling nauseous and headachy around an hour after…
