I ate a huge portion of Arugula salad with Burratta cheese. Its was enough salad for 4 people. Ilove Arugula and eat it often. Last night came home from there and around midnight started to experience severe stomach cramps, pain and nausea. It's been 14 hours and I'm still sick!  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 抽筋, 胃痛
