I purchased an 8 piece chicken nuggets this afternoon around 2:30 p.m. I didn’t order or eat anything else. Later this evening after dinner around 10:15 p.m. I started sweating with nausea and then vomiting. Approximately 20 minutes later the vomiting continued with diarrhea.

All i ate today was an 8 piece chicken nugget, no fries, no breakfast.. not even 2 hours later, at work, i was pouring sweat and having diarrhea. Not fun at all, then the hour home i felt like death.
