I had meatballs , drink and chips( the meatballs were the pork and beef ones because they ran out of the chicken ones.) It happened on Sunday 12th August. Around five minutes after, I had servere heartburn and a mild stomach ache . Half an hour later…

我我的妻子和三个孩子去咖啡馆吃了肉丸，唯一没有吃肉丸的是我 2 岁的儿子，他没有生病。我们为孩子们买了一张新床和床上用品，一切都毁了。我们都有抽筋 diaharea 大便里有坏弹丸呕吐物粘液。冷却所有东西持续 4 个小时。同时，我们所有人都是我们唯一吃过的煮熟的饭菜，那天晚上我从14/01/18回来找医生取样时我所要做的一切现在妻子病得很重，因为她最近接受了化疗来治疗自己所患的疾病，所以她的免疫力很低，现在病得很重。我孩子的新床上用品也被毁了。因为那个恶心的地方，他们整晚都在痛苦中哭泣。

Fish in Fish & chips meal on 29 Apr 17 was still partly frozen and uncooked. Wife up all night with severe vomiting
