I ate on 12/24/18 at around 2pm at Jimmy Johns. I ate the Italian unwich. The only thing prior to that was black coffee in the morning. Around 3 to 4 hours later I started feeling funny/anxious. Then overheated, then nausea. I laid down at 6 pm…
