食品安全报告: McDonald's, 1970 Kensington Avenue, Buffalo, 14215 New York, United States

I went to McDonald’s around 6:30 pm. I got a Cheeseburger and Medium fry. I woke up at 2:00 with extreme abdominal pain, threw up 7 times, have had diarrhea all day long. I called McDonald’s to address them with the incident incurred and they hung up on me.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
