Food Safety Reports: McDonald's, Kensington Avenue, Buffalo, NY, USA

I went to McDonald’s around 6:30 pm. I got a Cheeseburger and Medium fry. I woke up at 2:00 with extreme abdominal pain, threw up 7 times, have had diarrhea all day long. I called McDonald’s to address them with the incident incurred and they hung up on me.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
