I only ate 2 of the glazed tenders at 7pm and later that night around 3am i got really sick and started vomiting profusely

At 9 p.m. I ate a quarter pounder deluxe meal and had a yogurt parfait. It is now 1 a.m. and I have severe cramping vomiting and diarrhea. If it does not stop I will seek medical attention.
