Had a Fish Sandwich, Large fries and a cheeseburger at approx 630PM. All tasted OK, but all was colder than expected. At 0745 I experienced a major upset stomach, which continues now.

Approximatley 4:45 I ordered a quarter pounder meal and appx 8pm, 3hrs and 15 minutes after I ate it, I violently began vomiting and had diarreah untill 4am. I had a fever of 103. At noon the next day i still had a 100 degree temperature.
