We ate on 21/08/19, I had noticed the chicken on the bone was a lot more moist than normal but didn’t think anything of it as eaten here several times before. About an hour after eating I had stomach cramps and nausea which followed with horrendous diarrhea…

晚上 8 点左右在 Nandos 吃饭，大约 4 小时后，我有严重的胃痉挛，开始呕吐和腹泻。整个晚上每 45 分钟增加一次，但症状仍在继续。天气非常温暖，也许鸡肉或米饭没有正确冷藏？
