昨晚8点左右我点了烤鸡肉玫瑰通心粉，味道还不错。到了凌晨4:30，我被严重的胃痛痛醒，不得不完全蜷缩成胎儿姿势坐起来。这种疼痛之后，从大约4:50到早上8:00，我大约跑了7次厕所，非常痛苦。整天我都面临严重的疲惫、有点恶心、脱水和寒战。

I got the alfredo montemore dish last night as a pick up order. Ate it around 830pm when I got home with it. Started feeling nauseous around 2am this morning. Have been throwing up and going to the bathroom since about 6am.

My friend and I had The Wisconsin Mac n Cheese yesterday and last night around 9 we both started throwing up and having diarrhea
