我们在晚上 7 点吃了晚饭，离开时我的胃感觉有点酸。我从晚上 10 点半开始呕吐，出现了剧烈的抽筋和腹痛。终于在凌晨 4 点半左右感觉好多了。这不是一个愉快的经历。

I ate the butternut squash soup and half Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt around 5 pm last night. Started getting cramps when I went to bed around 9. Woke around midnight and threw up. Immediately felt better and I don't seem to have any more symptoms today.

Wife shared a bit of mac and cheese but no mango smoothie and did not get sick so my guess is mango smoothie. Severe vomiting and fever in evening and another bout at midnight. This from a company that advertises "clean food".
