我在 4 月 24 日从 panera bread 订购了一份绿色女神沙拉然后进去吃饭了。晚上 7 点左右我的胃开始感觉臃肿。第二天早上 6 点左右，我开始感到恶心。早上 7 点左右我开始呕吐。我的发烧始于 4 月 25 日下午 12 点左右，然后我整晚都有腹泻和呕吐。呕吐终于在 4 月 26 日停止了，但我还在出现腹泻。

Went to Panera bread on March 3 ordered the chicken chipotle avocado and Caramel latte after I went home I was very nauseous and started having diarrhea and throwing up ate around 1pm in the afternoon symptoms started about 5pm in the afternoon
