昨晚我们一起吃了披萨，从这里开始生病了昨晚 8 点 30 分我们得到了一个奶酪披萨一个意大利辣香肠披萨 a 有 6 个人住在我家里，从凌晨 3 点开始，所有 4 个吃披萨甚至只是奶酪披萨的人现在都整天都在扔掉。

Ate at 10:45 ish Monday night, woke up with an upset/uneasy tummy. By 6 pm I was vomiting and had diarrhea and a fever that climbed to 102.2 over the next 6 hours. Wensday I was nauseous and couldn't keep anything down. Still have diarrhea.
