I had the Shrimp Linguine Alfredo about 12hrs ago. I just woken up feeling nauseous and stomach cramps which lead to having diarrhea and vomiting.

Had diner, steak and rock lobstet, biscuit, steak and rock lobster, garden salad. steak heavily peppered, smashed and grilled lobster.
