Husband purchased sandwich on Wednesday 4/3/2019. I ate a veggie pattie flatbread foot long. About 10 minutes after eating it, I started feeling ill. About an hour after eating it, I was vomiting. I had vomiting, diarrhea, fever, nausea. Two days later and I still cant eat anything.
