Had a chicken teriyaki on flatbread. Within 4-6 hours I had about 6 rounds of diarrhea, and 4 rounds of extreme vomiting. My friend ate a Tuna flatbread the day before me at the same place, and had the same symptoms.

Tasted fine. Throughout the next hours I lost my appetite and my stomache had a burning sensation. Later when laying down, I suddenly had the urge to poop and sat down and had a lot of watery diarrhea. Then as I was pooping I had the urge…
