我和我妻子今天下午 3 点半左右去了，我吃了牛排 quesorito 和一些辣土豆软炸玉米饼。我妻子还有其他东西里面有鸡肉而且她没事。虽然我感觉很恶心，但我把肚子里的所有东西都扔了起来，现在继续干起了几个小时。我感到虚弱和疲劳。这总是有一个我认识的人生病了。有人需要检查一下。

Yo i went to bed like a hour after eating tacobell and I (gross)woke up 3:00am like now with the worst stomach ache ever I went to the bathroom and had very bad dirreahea first it was soft then just a whole new watery dirreahea my stomach…
