Veteran's day, so free food, no receipt, Ate Salad and chicken fried chicken, I had the salad, had some of the rest of the meal, didn't eat it all, took the rest in a bag to take it home. Stopped by Applebee's to get dessert, the diarrhea…

I have what was called the Critter salad Cobb salad with fried chicken. And half hour about after eating I have vomiting and 45 minutes after eating a very diarrhea.
