On 3/31/20 take out order due to corona virus shut down. Husband had chicken salad and green salad. 2 hours later he expeierince diarrhea and vomiting. I didn’t eat same food so I did not have issue. Lawrenceville dept of health dismissed my claim stating can’t get…

We had the chicken madeira and both had severe upset stomachs and vomiting when we got home.
