晚上 8 点 30 分左右有带烤鸡肉的 Cobb 沙拉。凌晨 3 点醒来，爆炸性腹泻持续整天早上，直到胃痉挛和弹丸呕吐开始。还有轻轻的头脑、头晕和完全疲惫。现在是第 3 天，呕吐只有一天，但腹泻、轻度沉重和头晕仍在继续。

Kickin chicken sandwich, was severely ill with nausea, vomiting, fever, and diarrhea. Was hospitalized and prescribed antibiotics for bacteria in my body and had to have fluids because was so dehydrated.
