E & S Grocery & Bakery Inc. has initiated a voluntary recall of Taro Cakes due to an undeclared egg allergen. The product was distributed in Texas, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Georgia, North Carolina, Florida, Missouri, and Arkansas.

- With UPC #652565100055.
- All lot codes are affected.
- A total of 300 units are involved in this recall.

The issue was discovered internally, leading to a Class I recall. The recall was initiated by the firm on January 30, 2026, and classified on June 11, 2026.
