My girlfriend and I went for lunch on 17MAR2016. We both arrived in perfectly good health. I ordered the salmon tacos and she ordered the hongos tacos. We had water and the complimentary salsa & chips. Immediately after leaving the restaurant, we both felt nauseous, and we both broke out in a fever (100.4F & 100.5F). We both had to leave work early that day and call out the following day due to the symptoms. | 症状: 恶心, 发烧
