I took the American Airlines 12/22 flight AA18 from LAX to ORD, and as part of the first class service, I received a meal of short rib, mac and cheese, and shrimp slaw. About 4-5 hours after eating this meal, I started showing the classic signs of food poisoning: extreme nausea and tons of vomiting. For what it's worth, my brother ate all the same food as I did that day except for the flight meal (he was on the same flight but flew coach), and he didn't get poisoning, which makes me quite certain that it was the AA meal that did the trick. I must have thrown up over 20 times. I am still very sick and haven't been able to eat in 24 hours. My family's been concerned, and I had to miss my annual holiday party I flew home for. Needless to say, it's been a bad start to my break. | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐
